I was a client at the Sacramento Veteran's Resource Center and WOW!!! There is No better program in Sacramento. Not by a longshot. It would be the absolute perfect place for your friend to address his issues head on. You are treated lke human beings here, and they offer TONS of services like housing upon completion of the alcohol/drug program, checks for clothing of your choice!!! Help paying fines and various debts (with submission of documents etc.) resumes, paid training at vocational schools...you name it. I hope you get to read this message because I have over a year clean and I'm telling you SVRC is wonderful!!!
