(NAMI-NYC Metro). NAMI-NYC Metro is a 30-year-old grassroots organization providing support, education and advocacy for families and individuals who live with mental illness and working collaboratively with other stakeholders in the mental health community to educate the public, advocate for legislation, reduce stigma and discrimination, and improve the mental health system. NAMI-NYC Metro is 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, and your contributions are tax-deductible.
