The New York State Health Accountability Foundation is a public-private partnership dedicated to promoting transparency in the health care system and providing employers and consumers with reliable information on health care pricing and quality. Every year the foundation publishes a Health Care Report Card reviewing the quality of care delivered to New Yorkers.
