Mt. Sinai's Adolescent Health Center provides free confidential comprehensive medical, mental health, family planning, dental, and health education services to young people between the ages of 10-22 and will continue to see patients up to age 24. Counseling services include: Individual, family, and group therapy, sexual abuse services, alcohol and substance abuse services, teen parenting program, HIV/AIDS services, and nutritional services to to those teenagers concerned about eating disorders, obesity/overweight, and/or problems with high cholesterol. There is a group for people who are transgendered. They also offer hormone therapy without parental consent. Offers CBT individually and in support groups. They also provide psychological testing (personality and intelligence).
